Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in MUST International Short-term Programs, participants must:
1. Be currently enrolled at your home university;
2. Maintain satisfactory academic progress, and have not received a warning;
3. Not have an “at risk” status at the time of application or before commencing the overseas study program.
Application
Students need to start applying for an international short-term program the same semester prior to when they would like your experience to take place. Applications open and close on a rolling basis during the periods outlined below and depend on the program students wish to apply for and the host institution’s application deadlines.
Students will be able to apply for a switch or withdrawal within 3 days upon the start date of the course. Please note that we do not accept an application for dropping/switching courses after the deadlines.
Application Deadlines
Fall Term (September to November): October 31
Winter Term (December to February): January 31
Spring Term (March to May): April 30
Summer Term (June to August): July 31
Note: Since there are a fixed number of students per course, it will stop accepting students after hitting the maximum enrollment ceiling. If a student still wants to add the course, he or she can submit an application to be waitlisted.
All students are expected to present their own contribution in homework, assignments, exams and other forms of assessments. Any alleged dishonesty, plagiarism, cheating, lack of complete academic integrity, or any other form of academic misconduct will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from MUST International Short-term Programs. Our Academic Committee will conduct strict supervision to guarantee academic rigor, pedagogical efficacy, and systemic integrity, and all students need to sign the Academic Integrity Policy during the student orientation.
